• Must be good in core JAVA, struts.
• Must have practical experience in HTML / CSS / JS / JSP / Servlet / SQL
• Must have practical experience in any of these application servers [Apache Tomcat / Weblogic / Web sphere / Jetty / etc]
• Must have at least working knowledge of any of these databases [MySQL / MS SQL Server / Oracle / etc]
• In addition to the above list, if they have experience in following technologies / frameworks [optional], it is a plus
• Experience in IDEs [Integrated Development Environment] – Netbeans OR Eclipse OR any other IDE
• Struts 1 or 2 Framework
• Spring Framework
• Hibernate
