Responsibilities:

* To conduct presentations as and when required to existing or new accounts

* Determine competitive pricing for distributors, new product launch, lobby for contract; to be involved in marketing activities, such as exhibitions/workshop, whenever necessary

* Responsible for overall in-service training requirements to customer/ institutions whenever is required

* Inventory Management; forecasting & SKUs rationalization for distributors

* To establish strong contact with all accounts

* Provide customer interface for all product complaints via the company’s established PIR system. Ensure all complaints are reported and followed through properly

* Build and enhance a professional image through appropriate conduct and business ethics

* Timely completion and submission of monthly management report to Business Leader.

Requirements:

* Degree in Medical Laboratory / Science or equivalent preferred

* Minimum 2-3yrs of direct sales experiences in relevant filed preferably

* Sound knowledge of local country/s healthcare markets and practice

* Prudent in sales planning & time management

* Interpersonal skills and good team player

* Strong analytical & negotiation skills

* Strong business acumen and result oriented

* Ability to conduct presentation/in-service in front of big group of audience is essential

* Ability to communicate and write effectively

* Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision

* Good in excel & powerpoint software skills

* Certified Phlebotomy will be an added advantage

Clinical Programme Management

- Funding/Grant Applications.

- Budget Management & Cost Accounting

- Assists to draft and develop patient education materials. Also, coordinates the production of patient education materials.

Provides secretariat support to other cluster-wide working committees.

Participates in cluster-wide working committee and in departmental level meetings.

Requirements:

· Degree or advance diploma in nursing or allied health disciplines

· Must have prior clinical experience in nursing, medicine or allied health disciplines that commensurate with the job
