Qualification:
1. MSc Medical Physics/MSc Physics with PG diploma in Radio logical Physics -1: Gen. Degree
must be from recognized university
Number of posts may be increased or decreased
o Maximum age limit 35 years as on 01.08.2012
o Pay & allowances: Rs.9,300 to 34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4,200/- as per Institute rules.
o Interested candidates are required to appear for a walk-in-interview on 11.12.2012 at
10.00 A.M. in the department of Radiotherapy.
The candidates must bring following documents for submission:
o A bank draft of Rs.200/- (Rs. Two hundred only) in favor of "Director, SGPGI, Academic
Account" payable at SBI, SGPGI Branch, Lucknow.
o One recent passport size photograph
o Xerox copies of all relevant certificates and testimonial.
Candidate should fill the prescribed form attached to this letter before the interview.
