You will be responsible for the efficient delivery of services and patient care through regular review of processes and training and development of nurses. Requirements: Applicants must possess a degree in nursing, be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board and have at least 2 years' experience as a Nurse Manager.  A pleasant personality, good communication skills and the drive to be a change agent will be the distinct advantages in this position.
