Patient Service Associates Responsibilities: * Delivery of frontline patient services by performing the functions of registration, cashiering, handling appointments and enquiries in the Specialist Outpatient Clinics. * Assist in the co-ordination of patient care and general administration duties. Requirements: * Diploma or NITEC Holders in any discipline & GCE O Levels/N Levels/A Levels * Minimum 1 year of Customer Service/ Administrative experience * Fresh Diploma Holders/Graduates with positive attitude are welcome * Billingual in Mandarin, English and local dialect as you will have to attend to Mandarin or dialect speaking elderly * Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office (eg.
