Then day by day Indian Railway established recruitment board in various areas of India. Now total 19 recruitment boards are there in India. Recruitment of employees is done in two stages. In first stage written exam is conducted by RRB in respective zone and in second stage aptitude test / skill test / personal interview is carried out. The candidate who has passed all the stages is then selected after verifying documentation.  However the selection process is completely done computerized and there is no corruption in the selection process. The selection of candidate is done on the base of merit. Also the candidates from some class i.e. SC / ST / OBC get some advantage in the recruitment.
