Job Description :
- You will be involved in design and development of applications.
- You will be expected to develop conceptual understanding of the entire system under development, its business usage, technical architecture, performance and functionality related issues.
- You will be involved in coding and debugging based on the conceptual understanding of the design.
- You will be expected to have good understanding of the fundamentals of SDLC and be able to develop simple algorithms and data structures independently.
- You will be expected to have strong Unit Testing and trouble shooting abilities.
Candidate Profile :
- Good experience of development on AS/400 / iSeries (Preferably using COBOL)
- CLP Programming for iSeries (or AS400)
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix Development, Testing environment
- Should have Prior experience of Product Development and/or Maintenance and support of applications
- Good Communication Skills.
Desirable Skills :
- Exposure to Banking and/or manufacturing domain.
