Job Description Reporting to Europe, you will manage, grow and expand a Speciality & Gourmet business in USA and Canada. In this foodservice & speciality driven business you will oversee Sales, Marketing and Finance teams with full P&L responsibility. Strategic development, execution of goals, processes improvement, supply chain management, working closely with European counterparts and customer interaction will all be key success factors. Assessment of the USA and Canadian gourmet food markets, competitors, and segments and establish overall strategy to for growth. Oversee the Speciality division comprised of Sales, Marketing, Finance teams and 200 million USD in current revenue and position organisation for growth. Determine optimal brand portfolio, target price points for each brand and identify strategy for other key marketing elements including packaging and new products Establish execution priorities with all functional support teams Lead and monitor supply chain activities and interface with customer as needed Manage the overall P&L including: intense focus on supply chain, liaison with the functions to reduce costs, and monitor transfer costs from Europe Identify and close targeted acquisitions to build and expand the business Act as a liaison with Europe for Best Practices and assure execution of programs and directives are carried out in North America.
