Desired Candidate Profile:
Senior Architect, candidate having exposure to infrastructure services (PHE / Fire Fighting / Electrical / HVAC) will be preferred. He /she should be dynamic and smart in representing Space Combine and getting the work done from consultants and in house Execution team.
Qualification:
B. Arch, candidate with leadership quality & having experience in client correspondence, co-ordination with consultants and site management will be preferred.
NOTE : B. Arch (preference will be given to post graduate in Architecture)
Job Description:
Candidates is required to
• Head the In-house Execution Team (Execution team is comprised of Architects and Assistant Architects, who develop the presentation drawings, Municipal drawings, "Good for construction" working drawing, for Architecture & coordinated (Architecture / structure / services) works.
• Coordinate with client for approval of Architectural / structural / services design concept
• Coordinate with service consultants (Design and detailing of PHE / Fire Fighting / Electrical / HVAC services is outsourced to reputed services consultants) for their design/drawing / documents.
• Coordinate Design concept of Interior & landscape Design with detail Architecture & Structure design.
• Attend meetings with Govt. Authorities for project approval (Liasoning is outsourced to Liasoning Architect, however candidates is required to represent Space Combine in above meeting and clarify all Technical issues.
• Visit site for Architecture Design conformity.
