Job Description

- Acquiring, growing and deepening customer relationships that have both Priority and SME Banking needs through effective acquisition & relationship management.
- Focus on the analysis and satisfaction of SME-Premium Customers' financial as well as investment needs and objectives.
- To achieve defined New Sales Revenue.
- Provide the face of the Bank to the high net worth customers of the Bank.
- Cross-holding of SME-Premium proposition within the allocated/acquired segments

Job Responsibilities

Relationship Management


- Build and deepen relationships with existing SME and Priority customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenue by cross-selling Priority and SME Banking to these customers
- Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the portfolio to de-risk against attrition and achieve stability of book.
- Increase inter-segment Product Holding among the customer base
- Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics and assets in the Bank and in other places.
- Serve as the one-point contact to these SME-Premium High Net Worth customers of the Bank
- Should be able to demonstrate strong analytical & business acumen to unravel customer needs
- Should focus on increasing PPC in this segment.
Sales and Business Acquisition

- Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of no. of customers, volumes and revenue
- Achieve the Targets set in terms of cross-sell and product mix
- Monitor the quality of accounts sourced are in sync with the set parameters of the bank
- Achieve "best in class" productivity in order to maximize the efficacy of the sales process.
- Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets.
- Aggressive Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
- Ensure coverage of customer base in accordance with the approved contact plans.
Segment Ownership

- Implement all SME-Premium segment initiatives in the catchment
- Jointly own the delivery of segment objectives with the segment
Sales MIS

- Update & maintain all Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions, Business Done, etc.)
- Maintain and update customer information on WMS/CMP
Qualifications & Skills

- Experience in Sales and relationship management.
- Experience in handling all Banking & Investment Products.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales planning.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables.
- Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm & team spirit.
