Job Designation : SE/Lead Engineer/TL/PM/Architects
Job Band : E1 / E2 / E3

Job Location : Japan (Itami and Mikawa)
Note: The Candidates who have Fluency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or Above) should only apply. Prior experience of working in Japan will be beneficial.
Desired Qualification : BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech
Desired Experience : 5 to 12 Years (Mandatory)
Mandatory Skills :
• Strong programming knowledge in C++
• Expertise in application development in embedded environment
• Preferred: Experience in embedded applications with VxWorks/Linux as target platform
• Fluency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or above) is a must

Desired Skills :
• Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Requirement understanding
- Schedule coordination
- Understanding specifications and domain
- Technical Coding/testing and code design understanding
- Updating offshore sites on key technical information
• Excellent customer interaction skills on technology or business issues
• Experience in client-facing jobs; should understand and contribute to client business goals
• Ability to understand the technical aspects of the project and communicate in a multi-vendor customer environment
• Ability to contribute technically in SDLC phase of the project and micro-manage projects on need basis
• Project management skills and coordination skills to oversee the entire project as a key onsite member (applicable if applying for a PM role)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to be directive and collaborative
• Flexibility to adapt into different environments and roles
• Strong writing/documentation skills
Note: Prior experience of working in Japan will be beneficial.
