• Must have Technical Writing skills (understanding and concept of a programming languages)
• Knowledge of Madcap Flare (preferred Help authoring tool) and RoboHelp.
• Speak to architects and understand their design concepts.
• Speak to developers and understand the design and code concepts.
• Compile developer's notes.
• Provide content for training team.
• Computer-based training experience/knowledge On-line documentation experience/knowledge.
• Member of a professional Technical Writing Society.
• Strong interpersonal skills with solid oral and written communications skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Above average project management and follow-up skills.
• Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Customer service and detail oriented.
