Compensation :
• During probation period you will be considered as temporary employee of XIS Technology and after successful completion of your probation period you will be signed as a permanent employee of XIS Technology with 2 years bond.
• Stipend during probation period : 7000 per month
• Salary after probation period : 1.8 LPA (for Freshers) and best in industry (for Experienced)
• Salary might be variable

Desired Qualification :
• BE / B.Tech / BCA / MCA & Other Graduate
• At least 60% or above secured in higher education
Desired Experience : 0 to 2 Years
Mandatory Skills : ASP.Net, C#, SQL server
