A reputed Firstrust Bank has declared Job vacancies for Documentation Specialist.The asked qualification for career opportunities is Intermediate or equivalent.Candidate should have 3-5 years experience.Experience using documentation software (LaserPro) preferred.knowledge of commercial loan documentation & skills in the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of new business for Firstrust. Develop and maintain knowledge of corporate products and services. Stay alert to expressed customer & prospect needs to suggest appropriate services. Direct customers to appropriate person to open account.
Review documentation for all types of commercial and construction loans and letters of credit. Ensure transactions meet all terms and conditions of the credit approval; comply with the Bank's Credit Policy and all applicable rules and regulations. Verify that all documents are received and fully executed. Verify that all collateral is received and that any required holds are in place. Ensure all liens are perfected. Identify and document any material deficiencies.
