Desired Qualification : Any Graudate Desired Experience : 5+ Years (Mandatory) Mandatory Skills : • Person with 5 years and above of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering (Mandatory) • Experience in identifying and Analyzing Java/J2EE Application Performance including Memory Leaks, CPU spinners, Threading synchronization issues like dead locks, thread starvation etc (Must Have) • Experience in analyzing Javacore and heap dumps (Must Have) • Experience working on any one of Java Application Profiling Tools like Jprofiler, Jprobe, OptimizeIt (Good to have - Knowledge part should be fine) • Experience in scripting and gathering performance metrics using LoadRunner and Unix tools like vmstat, nmon (Must Have) • An understanding of tuning options available on any of the J2EE server like Websphere, WebLogic, Oracle Application Server (Good to have - Knowledge part should be fine) • An understanding of Java Garbage collector tuning is also essential (Good to have - Knowledge part should be fine) • Application development experience and knowledge of development languages, tools, techniques, SQL and ability to analyze and modify logic in existing applications to improve performance • Ability to conduct structured investigations and root cause analysis of performance related problems • Experience working on Performance Testing using LoadRunner, Performance Center . • Knowledge in JMeter, VS 2010, SOASTA, RPT • Experience working on multiple protocols like Web , Web Services , Citrix , C Vusers, Winsock and Oracle 2 Tier • Knowledge in LoadRunner 11.X and Performance Center 11.X • Experience in Developing Scenarios, Analyzing Results and Identifying Bottlenecks • Experience in monitoring different Web / Application / Database Servers • Experience in providing fine tuning suggestions to the Web / Application / Database servers • Should have effective client interaction skills • Should be good in communication. http://www.ChetanaS.org Note: Candidates without experience in above mentioned skills - Please do NOT apply. http://www.ChetanaS.org ..................................................
