i)Increase productive throughout by reducing troubleshooting and rework activities by introducing procedures for the implementation of "Best Practices" regarding Systems Analysis, Design.
ii) Reduce the risk of system/program failures by introducing procedures for the testing and implementation of systems.
iii) Reduce system downtime and the risk of date loss by ensuring that proper backup, restore, and recovery procedures are in place.
iv) Ensure that any requests by the users are responded to in a timely, professional manner.
