Case No/Job Title: F4-139/2012-R [ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (LAW)] Ministry/Department: NARCOTICS CONTROL/ANTI NARCOTICS FORCE Grade: BS-17 Special Pay: Job Duties: i) To assist Dy. Director(Law) in the prosecution of ANF cases. ii) To assist Dy. Director(law) for giving legal advise to the Establishment Branch in pursuing service appeal/other matters. iii) To assist Dy. Director(law) for the preparation and vetting of Law/Rules relating to narcotics drugs and psychotropic substances/controlled substance envisaged in CNSA-1997. iv) To assist Dy. Director(law) in examination and opinion about narcotics laws. Dangerous Drug Laws of the other countries. Job status: Temporary Eligibility: Both male and female candidates are eligible Any relaxation, whether in Minimum or Maximum age limits). five (5) years general relaxation Min Age: 22 Max Age: 30 Qualification/Experience required: LLB or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC.
