Sourcing of the Resumes by effectively utilization of the Data base, Job Portals, Advertisements, Referrals etc. and Screening of the same. – Helping new team members in understanding different skill sets and technologies Working on Individual targets – Sourcing profiles in different skill sets. – Evaluating the profiles
