Desired Qualification : BS in Computer Science/Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent required

Desired Experience : 3 to 5 Years (Mandatory)

Responsibilities :
• Manage the customer escalation process working with customer support, Account management and product development teams
• Be a technical reference for ESBU Services (CGNAT, JFLOW, IPSEC) to other Juniper Customer Support and Sales groups
• Handle the resolution of technical issues by being able to do all of the following: analyze the available data being able to identify the relevant one, investigate the technical issue, understand the system path that can cause the issue, do or drive the reproduction in house, describe in detail the issue, identify possible ways to avoid it, develop a software fix to resolve it.
• Analyze and reports defects on software and hardware
• Understand customer network architectures and designs
• Reproduce customer issues and automate its reproduction to verify the consistent resolution across JunOS releases
• Provide technical direction to internal teams and customers
• Ensure the delivery of a high level of technical support on specific Juniper Networks product(s) to Customers, directly or via partners.
• Help other Engineers on technics and methodologies of troubleshooting and supporting ESBU Networks products and solutions
• Actively suggest and describe ways to improve the supportability of ESBU network products

Requirements :
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience on software development or customer technical support for large public or private IP networks
• BS in Computer Science/Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of the Juniper Network AS-PIC, MS-PIC, MS-DPC network services products as Stateful-Firewall NAT, NAPT, JFLOW, IPSec, DPI.
• Knowledge or understanding of routing and switching technologies
• Multi-tasking skills and ability to focus on issues, with a keen attention to detail, as they occur and prioritize with existing issues.
• Proven communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of software forensics best practices and methodologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; outstanding listening and interpersonal skills; ability to clearly articulate a problem/situation at hand and communicate alternative strategies.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Any of the following network industry certifications are a plus: JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, CCIE
