Role Description :
• To ensure that the project is executed within planned time, cost and quality norms by ensuring effective utilization of the allocated resource.
Essential :
• Estimation – Estimate the resource requirements for the execution of the project – time, material, manpower
• Project Planning – Role definitions, Work allocations, Identifying Risks, Operational process
• Monitoring – Track project progress and take corrective actions
• Reporting – Timely and accurate reporting to the management
• Project Execution – Follow an operational process to achieve quality goals and effective execution
• Client Coordination - Interact with client for project delivery related issues, project's progress
• Team Management – Monitor the performance of Team members, Team Leads

• Support for pre-sales - Assist in pre-sales estimation and planning, client presentation, collaterals
• Support for other projects – Conduct internal audits, Quality review for other projects
