Job Description :
• Assist in the maintenance of Statutory Books and other documents including Board and General Meeting Papers, Filings under Company Law, Tax Laws and all other applicable labor laws
• Assist in preparation of files, papers, documents and responses as and when required under Company Law, Tax Laws and other applicable laws
• Assist in maintenance of all the compliance under corporate & other applicable laws
• Assist in planning, documentation and implementation of internal control processes (under Indian GAAP & US GAAP)
• Assist in planning and implementing General policies of the Company
• Assist in preparing and filing application for compliance permission for operations
• Assist in preparing and implementation of all compleinace norms under Fire & Safety policy, Pollution control and other general compliances
• Assist in all other functional requirement under Finance function
Job Requirements :
• Qualification: A Graduate, pursuing Company Secretaryship Course and passed out the Intermediate level
• Relevant Experience: Since this is an Intern 0-1 year Industrial experience is sufficient
