- 6+ years of experience in IT
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in designing and developing SharePoint solutions using MS SharePoint 2007 & 2010
- Hands on experience in ASP.NET, C# / VB.Net, SQL Server
- Hands on experience in development, maintenance and migration/upgrade projects
- Hands on experience in team handling, client interaction, estimation, pre-sales activities
- Good Analytical and Problem solving ability
- Good communication skills
