Responsibilities :
• Analyze requirements, designs, develops, and implements enterprise-wide Lotus Notes/Web based systems.
• Interacts with business users to gather user requirements and document the requirements.
• Analyzes business problems/requirements and provide a wire frame.
• Documents the project timeline and reports status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintains and updates project revisions and modifications to the project plan.
• Assists in developing training, resource materials and provide user training.
• Quick Troubleshoot and provide resolutions to support issues.

Requirements :
• Completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of proven experience developing Lotus Notes Client and Web applications.
• Highly proficient in Lotus Script, Formula language, HTML, XML, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with Xpages (would be good and preferable).
• Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and RDBMS such as DB2, Oracle and SQL Server.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and effective listening skills.
• Project Management skills
• Excellent team building and engagement traits.
• Availability for after-hours support.
• Flexibility with Travel.
