• Candidate should have 1-3 Years of experience in Hardware & Networking.
• Good academic credentials (minimum 50% aggregate)
Job Responsibilities :
• Candidate shall have knowledge & hand on experience in Hardware and Software Installation, IP Address, PC Configuration & Assembling, Internet, Functioning of Servers, Antivirus, Networking, LAN, IT Admin and Troubleshooting etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported for plant based IT computer hardware Installation, Re-imaging and Patching of computer workstations Maintain IT inventory Track incidents to resolution.
• Support and maintenance of plant based IT computers and peripherals (patching, hard-disk replacement, re-image, new installs, troubleshooting connectivity, setup, printer config, mouse, monitor, keyboard replacement, daily break/fix issues) Support will be required off-hours and during weekends as needed.
• Experience in configuration, backup/restore, patching of Windows Desktop is a must Have good hands on experience with Windows Desktop and Windows Server support Needs to have good hands on experience with configuration and setup of computer peripherals like printers, scanners, monitors, duel Needs to have good knowledge about Windows Security.
