Job Description:
We are looking for a product minded software developers with Silicon Valley experience and skills to move to Coimbatore, TN and get this product to market. If you are looking for a top-shelf Silicon Valley start-up opportunity in India this is it.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and Participate architectural decisions to achieve high reliability, availability and scalability.
- Design and Develop out-of-the-box solutions.
- Design and develop sophisticated algorithms and code.
- Work closely with product, quality engineering, and development team members to ensure high quality product.
- Ensure adherence and help redefine the best practices in SDLC like code review, unit testing, functional automation, user story analysis, Continuous Integration, etc.

Desired Skills:
- BS or MS in Computer Science with equivalent work experience (degrees from top universities a plus)
- 1-5 plus years of experience in software design, development and algorithm related solutions.
- Strong experience with object-oriented analysis, design and programming (OOA/OOD/OOP)
- Strong skills in Java programming, Java design patterns and server side Java.
- Solid experience with relational databases and schema design.
- Experience with high volume and highly scalable application is a plus
- Expertise in developing multi-tier applications using Internet technologies.
- Skills in scripting languages, e.g., Perl, shell scripting, etc, a plus
- Independent, self-motivated team player. Meticulous and methodical in creating solutions
- Produces high quality software within committed deadlines
- US or foreign countries experience in an internet startup companies a huge plus
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
