Mandatory Skills for SharePoint 2007/2010 :
• Consultants are expected to have deep technical expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• MOSS 2007/2010 - Should have done extensive work in SharePoint Office SharePoint Server 2007/2010.
• Should have designed and developed Site definitions, web parts, features, deployment packages for SharePoint.
• Should have been involved in implementing features like publishing and portal& collaboration using Microsoft Portal technologies.
• Should also be aware of Microsoft Office tools integration with MOSS.
• .NET Tools and Technologies - experience of leveraging the same and designing, implementing and deploying Line of Business Applications.
• Databases: Database skills for SQL Server Development and/or SQL Reporting services.

Desired Skills :
• Should have a good collaborative attitude and be able to conduct internal training sessions and process improvement initiatives as and when necessary.
• Microsoft certification in SharePoint.
• Good knowledge on advance topics like BDC, Excel Web Services, BizTalk & Exchange server Integration with SPS, single sign-on, InfoPath, and Form Services will be an added advantage.
