Designation: Customer care executive (CCE) Cum Technical Support for following languages:
- English {Salary-9.5K in hand,CTC-11.5K}
- Multi Lingual (Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam) {Salary-12 K in hand,CTC-14 K}

Job Description/Responsibility :
• Call Logging, Call chasing, call taking ,call closing ( both Inbound Outbound)
• Taking customer feedback.
• Maintain the data base (MS excel).
• Initiating the calls to site engineer regarding their technical queries.
