Our vision is to be world leaders in the provision and management of specialist IT infrastructure solutions. To be able to achieve this, we employ a dedicated and highly skilled engineering team who look after our client's technology needs.
As an Engineer at Dimension Data, you will be tasked with making configurations, actioning installations and fixing technical problems that are of a more complex nature than those that the senior technician would attend to. You will support senior engineers and work directly with clients or jointly together with technicians.

What we will expect you to do:
- We will ask you to take responsibility for larger parts of an installation, fixing technical problems of a complex nature, as well as problem management
- You will develop a basic understanding of business principles, crucial project management and administration abilities such as report and proposal writing, as well as being proficient in project documentation
- We will need you to assist the technical service desk team by providing telephonic support to our clients

In short, we need you to work passionately to analyse, design, install, and problem solve our client's hardware and software.
Qualifications Basic lan/wan skills, good communication skills, client interfacing skills
