Position Summary:
You will join the ITTE India team working as a Strategy Analyst. You will need to work closely with the ITTE India Leadership Team in order to help develop the direction for ITTE India by using data, analysis, strategic thinking and communications to support the team in making and driving decisions. You will work closely with the management team through daily activities and special assignments.
ITTE India's objective is to provide a platform for the globalization of Ericsson's IT and Test Environments and is experiencing dramatic growth.
Candidate must:
• Be data driven and analytical
• Have excellent presentation and communication skills
• Have excellent PowerPoint and excel skills.
• Be a confident communicator (speaking, written and listening) with senior managers.
• See the big picture and offer alternatives for the way forward.
• Have a structured approach and strong organizational skills.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Ideal Experience
The ideal candidate will likely have the following experience/educational background:
• Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or similar
• Fluent English plus one other language
• A maximum of 2 years work experience either after or during University Education
• Have had global exposure and experience.
