Salary, Clearing the V&A, Clearing the Technical Assessment, Location of posting across) • The process for the Evaluation of V&A and the Technical assessment will begin by 6th March 2013. • Offer letters will be issued against valid LOIs • There will be no internal movement option available at a later date during the tenure. http://www.ChetanaS.org Job Type Permanent Experience: 0 - 0 Years http://www.ChetanaS.org Job Description • Good communication skills • Understanding of the Infrastructure Services Business (Knowledge of basic Networking and other technologies) • Manage Customer escalations and providing technical resolutions • Independent troubleshooting within SLA • Adherence to standard operating procedures / work instructions • Ensure quality of ticket closure and queue assignment • Maintain track specific records and Vendor management • Identify avenue for value adds and present value add summary • Participate in Talent Management meetings - sharing and acquiring knowledge • Update the knowledge base - Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required • Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required) • Participate in monthly QA audits • Monitoring and Management of various IT Infrastructure components • First level of Troubleshooting based on Standard Operating Procedures • Other tasks to complete SOP's based tasks • Additionally: for DC Ops/ICC Fresher:- knowledge of DB/NW concept and good knowledge of OS. • For Helpdesk:-knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Internet Browsers, Adobe Acrobat etc. http://www.ChetanaS.org ..................................................
