• Should have above average communication skills
• Experience required: 3 to 4 years hands on technical troubleshooting experience.
• Very Good verbal and written skills.
• The person should have had prior experience attending to VVIP/CXO level IT trouble ticket calls.
• Preferably looking at candidates staying in and around South Mumbai who should be flexbile for 24*7 support.

Job Description :
• L1 Technical Support to end users.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email.
• Taking ownership, handling and closing support tickets with complete and accurate updates.
• Proactive request and Incident Management and relevant updates and followups.
• Attending end user Phone calls and emails, trying to provide First Call Resolution.
• Hardware support - Support for Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Projectors, VCs & other Peripherals.
• Act as liaison between end users and Tier 2 support.
• Should have had experience in handling troubleshooting for iOS, Android based smart phones & systems.
• Identification and analysis of recurring issues and problem management
