• Every Fresher has to pay 100,000/- initially towards refundable Security Deposit on Joining date and the amount is refundable in case the employee successfully completes 3 Years (36 Months) of service with company. (The Company has reduced the refunding period from earlier 4 Years to 3 Years Currently effective 1st April 2013).
• Permanent Job for life time.
