Experience :
• Object oriented design
• .NET 2 or newer
• At least one other development language: JAVA, PHP, etc.
• AJAX and Web 2.0 technologies
• HTML5/CSS3, JQuery is mandatory.
• Agile software development methodology (XP, Scrum, etc.)
• At least one CMS platform: SharePoint, DotNetNuke, Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress, etc.
• Experience with Social media integration (Facebook, twitter, etc.)
• RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL, ideally two of them)
Skills :
• Desire to work on multiple technologies and excel with in.
• Ability to switch between platforms.
• Plenty of initiative and ability to work in high change environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication (to technical and business)
• Conducting research into new technologies and systems to provide solutions.

• Passionate about software engineering, web or web 2.0, eCommerce, or agile
• Active with technology and the web outside work
