Skill Sets :
• Extensive experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns, UML, Architectural patterns [MVC, MVP, MVVM], SOA, Provider Model, DI / IOC frameworks and AOP.
• 3-4 years proven experience in architecting multi-tier, distributed, internet applications. Expertise on developing highly integrated, high performing and large scale applications would be required.
• Experience in designing and implementing common components such as Authentication, Rule Engine, Workflow, Batch Process Manager, Exception Handling, Logging, Correspondence, Reports, Alerts & Notifications, Interfaces etc. will be added advantage.
• Hands-on on ASP.NET 3.5/4.0 with a good exposure to WPF and WCF (creating and designing WCF services), LINQ, Jquery.
• Strong in OOPS, Databases Exposure to any ORM like Entity Framework / LINQ to SQL / nHibernate.
• Experience on XML/XSLT, OOPS, UML AJAX, Javascript, JSON.
• Sound knowledge in data integration and reporting tools like Rhino-ETL, SSIS and SSRS.
• Sound knowledge of new technologies in like Restful Service, WPF, WWF, AJAX, LinQ, ASP.NET MVC 2, ADO.NET Entity Framework and ORM tools
• Conversant in Database design and development using SQL Server.
• Strong Business and Application Analysis Skills with Excellent Communication and Professionalism.
• Ability to adapt to fast changing skills and work, Able to work in-groups as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Should be passionate about technology.
• Ability to communicate, design rationale and build consensus using modeling tools
• Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems.
