Job Description :
• We are in a need of Fresh graduates of 2012 passed out(s) who are not having any work experience from any company until now as a 'Software Programmer' for our emerging software company which is located at VIJAYAWADA, AP.
• We really need only a work committed candidate but not Money minded one. It means, the more you work the more pay will be given to you.
• Without doing any work, you should not expect payment from us.
Candidates should atleast have minimum basic skills on the following technologies :
• PHP, MySQL
• HTML5, CSS3
• CMS: WordPress, Joomla
• eCommerce: WordPress, Opencart, Prestashop
• A preliminary test will be conducted before giving the job.
• Test will be on PHP & MySQL basic level to expert level.
We strictly prefer candidates who have completed their graduation at following places only:-
1. VIZIANAGARAM
2. SRIKAKULAM
3. RAJAM
4. VIZAG
5. CUTTACK
6. BHUBANESWAR
Note: Work timings will be changed based on the project. So, each candidate should be very flexible to work in our company at any time and should be very friendly & punctual, patience towards higher officials, clients.

Responsibilities
• Should be able to do the basic level of PHP programming to the expert level of PHP programming.
• Should be able to handle project[of type small scale to large scale] individually without CEO's intervention or support.
• Any member should accept salary as 'Per Project' Basis only but not a Monthly salary and of course the total completed project's salary will be paid at every 1st Week of the following month.
• Salary will be given from 3rd Month of Joining date. That means for 2 months, there will be no salary. But we'll provide some allowances for travellings(if needed) to each candidate.
• Should complete the project In-Time. If any client didn't give good feedback, then salary will be deducted based on Client's rating.
• Candidate should be willing to work in any shift(if instructed to do so) & should not fail in doing any project which we assigned to him/her.
