• Overall 2 to 7 years experience in Telecom Industry on OSM.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM) 7.x (COM & SOM).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle OSM 6.3 (COM & SOM).

Required Skills:
• Hands on experience on Order and Service management flow of different verticals like telecom and cable etc.
• Hands on experience on the order decomposition, rules, work flows and orchestration etc.
• Process orchestration on multi-play operator based on COM and SOM aspect.
• Integration experience with CRM, Inventory Management and Billing.
• Very strong in Java, XML & XSLT and working experience in eclipse based development environment.
• Should have at least one integration experience in CRM / Billing with OSM product.
Preferred Skills: (4- 6 yrs)
• Understanding requirement from Business Requirement Document(BRD) and interaction with clients
• Experience in producing design document (HLD & LLD) from BRD
• Hands on experience on POCs, conducting workshop and sessions
• Capability to create correct estimation of deliverables.
