Major responsibilities will include: • Setting overall site strategies based on overall portfolio strategy, the needs of the target segments, competitive analysis and site's targets • Determining target audience for the sites, carrying out consumer research (surveys, focus groups) to better understand the needs of the target audience and driving consumer segmentation efforts • Formulating short and medium term initiatives and projects based on the strategy • Together with editorial manager, creating content strategies for the sites • Together with director of Pay Per Click (PPC) Optimization, developing an PPC plan for the sites • Driving the execution of all projects for the sites under your management in coordination with related teams (editorial team, social media, data services, creative services, engineering, client account managers) • Ensuring growth of traffic and revenue • Supporting directors managing broader portfolio of sites in developing portfolio strategy and providing other required help in projects' execution • Reporting on the performance of each site and troubleshooting of problems. The ideal candidate will have : • Minimum Graduate. • Must have minimum 1 year relevant experience (Only in PPC exp-U.K, USA, AUS . INSURENCS MARKET would be preferred.) with multiple account handling capacity. • Ex poser to affiliated marking SEO, SMO. • Over all 3 years experience. • Team handling capacity.
