Tata Communications is hiring Assistant Manager Finance
Key Objective / Purpose of Job:- Accounting of Inter-company transactions and reconciliations as part of month end closing activities for about 15 European subsidiaries,
- Maintenance of accounting ledgers incl monthly review of account reconciliations and preparation of journal entries
Major Activities:- Accounting of Inter-company transactions and reconciliations as part of month end closing activities for all the 15 European Entities.
- Intercompany account analysis and confirmations
- Support to the tax & treasury teams on the intercompany transactions
- Intercompany audit schedules for the Quarterly limited review and yearly statutory audit (Both Corporate and Local GAAP)
- Maintenance of accounting ledgers incl monthly review of account reconciliations and preparation of
- Process improvement and automization.
- Extract and analyze General Ledger details for other non-intercompany related accounts to enable trial balance review by the finance controller.
- Support special projects and adhoc requirements
Essential Qualifications:- Qualified Chartered Accountant
Technical- IT proficiency incl. hands on experience on Oracle/SAP
- Good Excel skills
Functional- Sound knowledge of accounting principles
- Exposure of handling Audits (Statutory, Internal & SOX audits

- Organizational and time management skills;
- Methodical approach;
Work Experience: 2-3 years
