Job Description :
- Atleast 2-4 Years experience on windows desktop administration with very good experience in configuration & troubleshooting of windows systems
- Creation/ Maintenance of users and allocation of access rights/ ID's
- Good knowledge of active directory
- Knowledge of Networking to handle local LAN & WAN Installation & Maintenance.
- Install/ Support/ Maintain/ Trouble – shoot various IT Hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Peripherals)
- Knowledge of Operating system Xp./Vista/Win Server 2003/2008
- Provide Support for Windows OS and standard Office Automation Software
- OS level Trouble Shooting and Administration
- Knowledge of Email Clients like Lotus notes and Outlook
- Solve user technical Issues
- Resolution of user calls related to Desktop / Laptop (day to day problem fixing\
- Working knowledge of Trend Micro Anti virus enterprise suite
- Good communication skills
- Graduation is mandatory
Desirable Skills :
- Good to have Windows Certification MSA, MCSE... etc
