Tech or MCA with 2 – 5 years of experience in managing WEB / SEO projects. • Good command over HTML and some understanding of PHP. • Should have independently handled SEO & SMO campaigns for International client sites. • Good English communication skills (Written and Spoken) • Complete understanding of SEO works (both On-page and Off-page). • Conversant with different SEO tools for keyword research, competitor research, LSI & content analysis and good understanding of Google analytics, ad words, webmaster. • Excellent managerial and team leading abilities. Capable of managing a team of about 20 people including senior as well as junior executives. • Self motivator with proactive attitude, strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • Background of SEO sales would be an added advantage. Job Description The person would be responsible for: • Managing a team of SEO experts and delivering results through them. • Interacting with clients, Analysis & Implementation of new SEO techniques, Link building, SMO, Blogging. • Developing effective SEO strategies to improve web traffic for various client websites. • Monitor track and report website performance and recommend strategies. • Working in a target based environment – Delivery Targets & New Business Targets.
