Mandatory Skills :
• Good Communication skills.
• Basics of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Ability to articulate well and resolve issues remotely.
• Technical Skills (Windows XP/NT/2000).
• Basic trouble shooting knowledge on computers.
• Languages known English, Hindi/Kannada/Telugu
• Must be able to speak politely with customers and able respond their requirements.

• 1st Line IT support for customers in India.
• Follow process and procedures as detailed for customer issue resolution / escalation.
• Use remote tools for support and installations.
• Knowledge on Database Management.
• Knowledge on SQL
• Server administration.
• Content Checking and Virus software
• Internet and Intranet server support experience
• Ability to excel in own work and manage / train others
• This is a day shift job, but not night shift.
