Executive would be handling all HR activities at ClickDesk. End-end recruitment (shortlisting, arranging interviews, negotiating pay packages, verification) and management of leaves, pay stubs, leaves, LTA, induction, employee timings
Required :
Should have excellent communication skills & good interpersonal skills. Must have good key board skills and computer savvy. He must be smart, confident, presentable, dynamic, proactive individual & problem solving attitude.Able to build right environment for self and team.
Details of the Company :
Sentini Bioproducts (P) Ltd. is a Mega Industrial project engaged in manufacture of grain based Potable Alcohol (ENA or Grain Neutral Spirit – GNS) at Gandepalli village, Kanchikacherla mandal in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh, India. This project which is ideally located in Krishna district – is the first of its kind in the state and one of the very few corn based alcohol units in the country. The I phase of the project went on stream in June 2008 and Commercial production commenced from March 2009.
The plant runs with environment friendly technology and is equipped to produce different types of liquor. The plant has excellent infrastructure facilities not only for expansion but for forward and backward integration as well.
