PREFERRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :
• Understanding of the Six Sigma methodology with an emphasis on process analysis and process control
• Basic understanding of statistical applications e.g. MINITAB, SPSS, SAS
• Basic understanding of SQL (Oracle/Sybase/MS-SQL) and Visual Basic
• Hands on experience in data analysis

KEY RESULT AREAS :
• Report preparation and co-ordination with Business Units.
• Maintain turnaround time as defined.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Prepare monthly Six Sigma Reports using MS-PowerPoint
• Design / Create control charts using MS-Excel
• Analyze processes by referring to Control charts and identify causes of sigma variations & process variations
• Intimate Business Units of the causes of process variation and ascertain reasons causes for such variation, to communicate the same to Senior Management
• Track on-going and implemented Six Sigma projects at Ocwen
