Role: Customer Relations Executive http://www.ChetanaS.org JOB DESCRIPTION : • Interact with the customers through mail, chat or phone • Coordinate with the client and the teams • Monitor the servers • Obtain client feedback • Answer marketing, pre-sales and sales calls • Forward reboot request to NOC on demand • Attend all incoming calls to the company • Library Management Eligibility Criteria : • BA / BSc / BCom / MA / MSc / MCom candidates(Professional Post Graduates not considered) • Graduates/Post Graduates with 60% aggregate (B-tech/MCA/Professional Post Graduates not considered) • 2012 and 2011 batch candidates. • Very good written and oral communication skills in English • Basic computer literacy • Willingness to work in shifts • Vibrant and lively nature http://www.ChetanaS.org Salary : • Gross Salary - Rs. 10,000/month • Company will be providing free food and accommodation. • Will also be eligible for Rs. 1,50,000/- worth medical insurance per year (self +two dependents).* http://www.ChetanaS.org Service Terms and Conditions : • 6 months probation period • Submission of educational certificates at the time of joining. • Willingness to work on night shifts (rotational shifts) .................................................. 2.
