The essential qualification for jobs of Judicial Member has exercised the powers of a District Judge and is qualified to be Judge of a High Court OR has been an advocate of a High Court and is qualified to be a Judge of a High Court with Practical exposure Case No/Job Title: F4-149/2012-R [JUDICIAL MEMBER] Ministry/Department: LAW, JUSTICE AND PARLIAMENTARY AFFAIRS/APPELLATE TRIBUNAL INLAND REVENUE Grade: BS-21 Special Pay: RS. 3000/- P.M. JUDICIAL ALLOWANCE Job Duties: Hearing of appeals against the decisions of the Commissioner and Commissioner (Appeals) and making references to the respective High Courts. Job status: Temporary LIKELY TO CONTINUE INDEFINITELY Eligibility: Only female candidates are eligible Any relaxation, whether in Minimum or Maximum age limits). five (5) years general relaxation up to the age of 55 years Min Age: 45 Max Age: 50 Qualification/Experience required: A person who has exercised the powers of a District Judge and is qualified to be Judge of a High Court.
