Desired Profile :
• The incumbent should be BE/B Tech/MCA/ Computer Science Graduates (first class throughout) with elaborate and extensive experience of 5-6yrs in Core JAVA, JSP, Servlets, EJB, Oracle/ SQL.
• Knowledge of current technological trends in the S/W development industry, such as OOP"s, Multi-Tier S/W development, Component Architecture, Web Based S/W
• You should have prior team leading experience of 3-5 members.
• He should be proficient in latest technologies with an in-depth Knowledge of any one or more business domain areas like Banking, Financial Institutions, Telecom, BPO"s, Insurance, Manufacturing and Healthcare etc.
• He should have worked in all the phases of SDLC and should have hands on experience with CMM and /or ISO and best practices in the industry.
• He should possess effective communication, mentoring and coaching skills

Candidate Requirements :
• His being an advanced level position in the S/W development team the individual is expected to:
• Participate as a team member in all phases of S/W lifecycle, including the analysis and design of S/W systems.
• Participate in detail level of coding, code walk - through and unit testing of S/W modules.
• Participate in detail level of coding, code walk through and unit testing of S/W modules.
• Participate in difficult and typical coding assignments with responsibility of a small module consisting of 3 - 5 members.
• Have a thorough understanding of assigned product/ project.
• Communication with internal team and inter group coordination.
• Participate in generating of technical documentation of product/ package.
• Keep compliance with Newgen Quality Systems and Procedures.
