About the Job
As Senior Application Software Engineer, you will work in a global environment and provide significant individual contribution to the enterprise application integration efforts. You will own the responsibilities of module development end to end. You will come up with innovative solutions for business problems and will implement them successfully.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop business critical JAVA / C++ / Ruby on Rails and other Object Oriented Programming languages.
2. Work with other Developers, Architects, Development Managers, Business Teams to ensure timely delivery of a high quality overall solution that meets business requirements
3. Understand the data model and its mapping to the various business processes
4. Be adaptive. Be productive quickly in a new environment that is fast paced. Learn new processes and multiple technologies. "Roll up your sleeves" and do what needs to be done.

Basic Qualifications
- Education: in Computer Science or related field
- Overall Experience: or equivalent experience
- Strong programming experience in OO languages like JAVA, C++, Ruby on Rails
- Exposure to Enterprise Application Integration technologies and techniques
- Experience in database modeling and design on Oracle
- Strong verbal/written skills
- Training in Quality Processes like ISO/CMM
