Desired Experience : Experienced (Mandatory)

Essential / Mandatory Skills :
• Experience with IVR Technologies including premise and carrier IVR systems Knowledge of (ASR) and (TTS) offerings Strong understanding of/experience with IP Telephony, including offerings from Cisco, Avaya and i3
• Hands-on experience with carrier Intelligent Network services from companies such as AT&T, including toll-free service, network routing, call forwarding and network transfer.
• Must have knowledge and experience with the following: process automation tools, remote-use management, screen pops, multi-media integration (email, chat and SMS) and workforce management applications
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills

Desired / Secondary Skills :
• Call Routing applications including Cisco ICM and NAM solutions
• Knowledge of operating systems and base building components
• Ability to troubleshoot highly available / fault tolerant systems for mission critical voice applications
• Experience with assisting customers in developing processes to manage the system in ongoing operations mode, including system administration and backup, asset management, reporting, and scheduled maintenance
• Experience with IP Communications application enablement concepts, principles and fundamentals:
• Messaging; Call, Contact, Service Center (as well as Customer Interaction Network);
• Self Service (IVR, etc); Rich Media (Video, Collaboration, Presence)
• Understanding of Project Monitoring and Control including change management, quality control, site prep, testing and acceptance, upgrades, disaster recovery
