Job Description
Fresher – The incumbent should have the hands on experience in the following activities:- Diploma/ Degree with 3-5 years experience in project management with minimum 3 years experience in managing large projects in real estate, both in commercial and residential including planning, Budgeting, Scheduling and Supervising. The incumbent shall be responsible for the execution and complete control of projects including liasioning with various consultants, contractors, government departments, ensuring compliance of regulatory norms and timely completion of projects.
1. Expertise in executing of Commercial/ Residential projects.
2. Should have knowledge on cost estimation, rate analysis, client billing of various infrastructure projects.
3. Ability to complete thorough on-site surveys to facilitate preparation of detailed drawings and Schedules of Condition.
4. Thorough knowledge and experience of Planning and Building Regulation legislation, and ability to submit on-line Applications to secure Approvals.
5. A working knowledge of the Construction Design & Management Regulations and all other primary Health & Safety Regulations relating to construction and maintenance works.
6. Preparing work breakdown structure, project summary schedule, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), project control schedule and
construction schedule and checking BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for all kind of civil & interior projects with respect to the
drawings issued on site for construction.
7. Monitoring and construction of Commercial/ Residential projects.
8. Should have to maintain congenial relations with Client, Vendors, Sub-Contractors and consultants.
9. Coordinate with Corporate Office for any kind of clarifications.
10. Must Be rich & extensive experience in Project Management, Site/ Construction Management, Rate Analysis, Contract Management, Client Relationship Management.
11. He would be responsible for overall progress and smooth running projects, duly monitoring projects for Time, Cost and Quality at all levels.
Candidate Profile
1.Candidate should have B.E. / B.tech (Civil) with 3-5 years experience in execution of High Rise/ Multistory Building/ Commercial
projects and can handle the project independently. Candidates should have Core Construction Background.
2. A person having knowledge of handling the civil projects of Commercial/ Residential projects.
3. Project Planning, Monitoring & Management Skills of Real Estate Projects.
