Current Opening: Front Office Executive Location: Gtb Nagar, Delhi
Job Responsibilities: 1. Main contact point for all enquiries from prospective students.
2. Providing counseling to the prospective students and also do a regular follow up.
3. Maintaining a fee collection database and also send collection notices to students.
4. Maintaining the course material. This might include collecting data from different sources, placing orders with vendors and also distributing it to the faculty and students.
5. Coordinating between the branches across Delhi and Mumbai.
* Travel might be needed. 6. Updating the company website about upcoming enrolments and new courses.
7. Providing a regular report to the Director as and when required.
Eligibility: 1.)
A graduate in any stream.
2.)
Enthusiastic and outgoing in nature.
3.)
A good command over English is preferable.
4.)
The applicant should also have the ability to grasp new software tools that the management may decide to implement.
Compensation : The Company will provide the best compensation. Besides that, there is also a special bonus allocation which depends on your performance especially during the enrolment season.
Working hours: 8 hours per day and 6 days per week. (Sunday is a working day)
Experience : 2-4 Years
